Personalized gorilla trekking experience in Rwanda takes place in Volcanoes National Park in northeast of Rwanda close to the border with Uganda in the north and DR Congo in the west. The park is 2.5-hours’ drive on a smooth road from Kigali that offers amazing experiences of Rwanda countryside. Helicopter flights to Volcanoes National Park from Kigali International Airport takes about 30 minutes to Musanze airstrip at a regular basis.
